Student Activities at
Fair Oaks Ranch Community School
FTN: Falcon Television Network is a student-run morning newscast program. Under the direction of Mr. Newton, students write and present school news, sports, weather, and even a joke of the day. All 4th - 6th grade students are encouraged to participate.
FVC: Falcon Video Crew - Students
shoot short video
segments to be showcased on the school’s live daily bulletin newscast via
Falcon Television Network (FTN). Under the direction of Miss Amling, students learn to shoot and edit videos. 5th and 6th grade students are invited to join the CREW!
Student Council: Students in 4th - 6th grades have an opportunity to participate in Student Council. Student Council schedules and organizes Spirit Days throughout the school year. Student Council members participate in variety of events to help our community, promote positive campus and Bully Free Zone.
Band/Chorus/Guitar: Before and After school Band, Chorus and Guitar is offered to all students in 4th - 6th grades. School band and choir perform during school assemblies and other school events. 2011-2012 Schedule
Chess Club: Chess Club is an after school program offered on Tuesdays.
Mad Science: Mad Science is offered on Tuesdays after school.
