During the 2021-2022 school year, I am teaching Grades TK/K. I have been teaching for 30 years. During these 30 years, I have taught grades 1, 1/2, 2, 2/3, and 3.  I am excited about this new adventure at teaching these new grade levels- Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten.

            I have a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Education.

            Teaching has always just seemed to be “My Happy Place.” I truly enjoy helping to facilitate my students in their continuous learning adventures. Learning never stops, no matter how young or how old you are, and I am truly blessed to be able to have the opportunity to help to build success in these foundational years!

           On a personal note, I truly enjoy spending time with my students, my co-workers  my family, and my doggies. I love reading, hiking, and cooking/eating (vegan) foods. My favorite color is purple.

Working hard is important. But there is something that matters even more: believing in yourself.
