Good evening, Sulphur Springs Families and staff, this is Dr. Catherine Kawaguchi, your Superintendent with a Friday update, October 17, 2025.

Celebrating Our Families

Holiday Food Drive

October 27th through November 7th 

It's that time of year again! We’re excited to kick off our annual Holiday Food Drive to support families in need within our community.

If you would like to contribute, we are asking families to drop off specific food items (see menu) at your child’s school. When you arrive, you’ll see a yellow donation cart placed at the front of the school.

Collection Dates:
Monday, October 27th to November 7th
 -Between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM

In addition to food donations, we are also accepting gift cards from Denny’s Restaurant. These will go to families who may not be able to prepare a holiday meal.

To donate a gift card:
Please give it to the Office Manager at your child’s school or bring it to the District Office.

We truly appreciate your support in helping make this season brighter for families in need!

Please know that our District does not allow students to wear Halloween costumes to school. Your child’s Principal will be sending out information about what their school will be doing to support school spirit during the last week of October. It is very important that all children are able to participate in all school activities and are not excluded. Thank you again for your support.
