Report Cards for Students

Available: June 12th, 1:00 PM

Your child’s report card for the end-of-year can be accessed in the Aeries Parent Portal on June 12th at 1:00PM. If you need any support with accessing your child’s Aeries Parent Portal, please contact your child’s school office and/or the District office at 661-252-5131. If your child is enrolled in the Scholars@Home Program, and you need assistance, please contact the Mint Canyon Community School at 661-252-2570.

The CLASS Education Foundation supports our District students by: 

• providing financial and community resources to support students of the Sulphur Springs Union School District to enhance and promote educational excellence, equity, and enrichment.

One of the priority areas for the CLASS Education Foundation is to focus on CREATIVITY to enhance learning and enrichment for our students. 

We want to thank the CLASS Education Foundation Board Members who brought REMO Drum Company to our District to support our families last Friday, May 30th. Families were able to participate in a free drum circle event! REMO Drums brought rhythm, laughter, and fun to our families!

School Day Cafe, a program of the Santa Clarita Valley School Food Services Agency, proudly provides nutritious meals to the students at your child’s school. As we continue to improve our Child Nutrition Programs, we value your input. Please take a few moments to complete the attached survey and share your thoughts on our school meal offerings. School Bus Transportation Applications for the

2025-2026 School Year

The Sulphur Springs Union School District is able to provide bus transportation to and from school for a limited number of students. Transportation applications for the 2025-2026 school year are being accepted at this time. 

The Transportation Department will do their best to accommodate students riding the bus that wish to ride. However, please know that turning in your application does not guarantee your child a seat on a bus. Students who are not placed on routes will be placed on a waitlist. Students will be added to bus routes based on eligibility and space.
  
 In order for students to ride the school bus at the start of the school year, bus applications MUST be submitted no later than July 25, 2025. Applications are available online, located on the District website. If a parent needs a printed application, please go to the school office and/or the District Office located at 27000 Weyerhaeuser Way. It is important to remember that any child that is riding a school bus, must have an application on file prior to boarding.

 Important to remember:  All applications must be submitted to the Sulphur Springs Union School District Transportation Department before July 25, 2025. Applications received after July 25th will be placed on a waitlist and transportation cannot be guaranteed at the start of the school year.
  
 The District’s Transportation Safety Plan can be found on the District’s website.  Buses will have active video monitoring enabled. The use of video monitoring will support the safety of students and drivers, prevent vandalism, and may be used to monitor student behavior.
 

Bus Pass Operating Procedures

For everyone's safety, our bus riders must display their assigned bus pass when riding the bus.
 
 Students are expected to have their bus passes with them daily and scan it each time they get on and off the bus. Students need to remember to not fold the card or punch holes in it to avoid damaging the encryption in the card. If the plastic pouch or the lanyard that holds the card wears out or is damaged, the student can ask their bus driver for a new one.

All bus passes will be returned on the last day of school to their bus driver.

This year, the Educational Service Department at the

District Office is offering a four-week Curriculum

Correspondence to all TK-5th grade students from:

June 30th through July 25th.

There are two options for students to participate: 

ONLINE OPTION 

All current Kindergarten through 5th grade students are automatically enrolled online to access programs through CLEVER. Students must use a personal device to access. All K-5th grade students will be sent login information by Friday, June 27th. 

PAPER PENCIL OPTION 

TK students only have a paper option. However, all current Kinder -5th grade students may request a paper/pencil option as well. To sign up for paper/pencil, please CLICK HERE.

Paper copies will be sent to your child's school and distributed by June 6th. Please complete the request form by Monday, June 2nd.
